How we look after your details.
This notice covers the information you send through the contact form on this website. It does not cover clinical records created if you go on to have a consultation or treatment.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your full name, email address, phone number and your message. We also record the date and time of your submission. Please do not include detailed medical information in the form, as that is better discussed in your consultation.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to you. We do not use the contact form for marketing, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Lawful basis
When you submit the form you tick a box agreeing that MaClinica may use your details to respond to your enquiry, so we rely on your consent. Replying to someone who has asked us a question is also in our legitimate interests as a clinic. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using your details and delete the enquiry.
Who processes your enquiry
Your enquiry is sent to us by email. It is not saved in a website database. This website is hosted and its enquiry emails are sent using Lovable, our website platform provider, acting on our instructions. The enquiry is delivered to the MaClinica email mailbox, which is accessed only by Shaymaa.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your question and any follow-up, and are then deleted from the MaClinica mailbox. If you go on to become a client, your clinical records are kept separately and for longer, in line with the record-keeping requirements that apply to aesthetic practice.
Security
The form is sent over an encrypted connection and processed on our server rather than in your browser. Access to the MaClinica mailbox is limited to Shaymaa. The website does not store your submission, and your message content is not written to public website logs.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
